Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ARC Intratech platform, including our Ludo Game and Social App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ARC Intratech regarding your use of our services.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our applications and services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the services. ARC Intratech reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend accounts that fail to provide such verification.
Account Registration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Use of the App
Users are expected to engage in fair play. ARC Intratech strictly prohibits:

- Harassment, bullying, or the use of hate speech in social features.
- Commercial use of the app without prior written consent.
- Attempting to reverse engineer or modify any part of the game client.
In-App Purchases
Our games may include virtual currency or items that can be purchased with real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or the platform providers (Google Play/App Store). We reserve the right to manage, regulate, and modify virtual items and pricing at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content included in our services, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of ARC Intratech and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. No assets may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our express written permission.
User-Generated Content
By sharing content (chats, profile pictures, etc.) within our social app, you grant ARC Intratech a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content. You represent that you own all rights to any content you post.
Termination
ARC Intratech reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARC Intratech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
