In-App Purchases
Virtual goods, including dice skins, token avatars, and currency packs in our Ludo Game, are generally non-refundable once they have been used or assigned to your account. We treat these as immediate digital fulfillments.
General Policy
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We utilize strict verification protocols to prevent fraudulent claims while ensuring legitimate customer grievances are addressed within 48 hours.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
- • Technical failures during the transaction process where payment was deducted but items were not delivered.
- • Unauthorized transactions made through proven fraudulent activity on your account.
- • Duplicate billing caused by platform errors (App Store / Play Store sync issues).
Non-Refundable Items
- • Items already consumed, used, or traded within the game environment.
- • Purchases made more than 48 hours prior to the refund request.
- • Accounts banned for violating our Terms of Service or fair-play rules.

Click on the specific transaction and select 'Report a Problem'.
Provide a detailed reason and attach any relevant screenshots or error codes.
Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
Pro Tip
Check your email for the transaction receipt; we require the Order ID for all manual requests.
